Researchers investigating the use of artificial intelligence (AI) for optimal bidding of energy resources on multiple electricity markets.

In particular, we optimize revenues from exploiting the flexibility of stationary battery energy storages in conjunction with solar power, wind power, and electric vehicle charging or other loads.

We implement onsite renewables time shifting, energy arbitrage as well as electricity bill minimization services for day-ahead spot markets. Additionally, we implement revenue maximization in day-ahead reserve markets such as FFR and FCR. Any combination of these use cases and markets can be included simultaneously in the optimization.

We work together with battery system vendors and renewable electricity producers. Our team has a multi-disciplinary background in applied AI, electricity markets, automation, distributed energy resources and software engineering.
