What we do
For battery providers
Today we provide FFR, FCR-N, and FCR-D Up and Down markets optimization as a service in Finland. During 2024/2025 aFRR markets move to PICASSO standard in most European countries. Based on prices in countries already in PICASSO, aFRR participation is highly profitable. It is also compatible with spot market optimization. We enable our customers to move to PICASSO and monetize their batteries to the fullest, starting from Austria and Finland. For heat storage providers
We have prototypes of sector-integrated optimization solutions related to heat storages such as boilers, molten salt, or sand storages. We are bringing this technology online as a service along our first customer case. Material savings can be achieved via spot market optimization of heating, when there is storage capacity, and depending on the heat storage technology, the heater can also be used in reserve and balancing power markets for additional revenue. For renewable power and H2 / P2X producers
We have prototypes of optimization solutions related to power-to-X (P2X), in particular green hydrogen (H2) and derivatives like Ammonia. Technologically, we are ready to productize and commercialize these prototypes already. We see that majority of projects are in too early stages for us to get involved, so we are monitoring the recent development happening in the industry. Read more about green hydrogen generation.
